What’s the matter with the induction device of the RFID lock that can’t open the lock?
This article takes the MAKE’s RFID lock as an example to answer your questions.
Not-authorized induction device
RFID lock is signal interaction between devices carried by wristbands, IC cards, 等. and the lock core to realize the opening and closing of the lock.
If the induction device is not authorized, the lock cannot be opened.
MAKE’s REID lock has three-level management functions, which can add, replace, and delete user cards.
Enterprises can add user cards with main admin cards or admin cards to solve this problem.
The lock is in public mode and has been opened once
In private mode, the induction device is effective for a long time to ensure privacy.
In public mode, the sensing device is valid once and automatically invalid after unlocking.
MAKE’s REID lock can be switched freely between the two modes. Some locks also has a self-locking function. That is, if the lock is not unlocked after sensing, it will automatically lock after 3-5s to enhance security.
If the user has sensed the lock once and did not unlock it within the specified time, the lock cannot be unlocked after sensing again and needs to be reset.
The lock is out of power
When the lock is out of power, the sensing device cannot unlock it either.
MAKE’s REID lock is powered by battery and has low voltage prompt function. When the battery is running out of power, it will give an intelligent prompt to remind the user to replace the battery in time to avoid such situations.
